As a valued customer of PAC and GDX, we wanted to personally reach out and thank you for your trust in us to keep you, your employees and your facilities safe.

We continue to adhere to government guidelines and monitor the COVID-19 situation closely. We are committed to ensuring our core operations and business remain operational and ready to serve you. We have taken steps to prioritise our support for critical NHS services which means there will be a delay in the availability of the new PAC 512DC / DCi controllers. There may also be an extension on lead times for some other products whilst we try and manage the availability of parts and delivery services, we appreciate your support and cooperation with this.

We understand how much your business means to you and we request that you talk to us about any priority projects that you may have. Discussing these projects with us will allow us to provide a better forecast to our supply chain to help minimize any delays.
