Comelit-PAC has delivered vital fire safety solutions to a large housing association in Ireland, ensuring peace of mind for residents across numerous housing developments and apartment blocks.
The project, completed in collaboration with REW Distributors and a South Dublin-based fire installation company, demonstrates Comelit-PAC’s commitment to protecting communities with innovative fire safety technology.
The housing association, which has been working across Ireland for over 40 years, provides secure and affordable housing while offering essential services to individuals and families in need.
Currently, 17,008 tenants live in 7,761 properties across the 26 counties of Ireland that the association owns or manages. Alongside housing, the organisation supports its communities with emergency accommodation, daycare services for older people, early childhood care and education, and refugee resettlement programs. Its person-centred approach aims to help residents achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
To meet the housing association’s diverse needs, Comelit-PAC provided its latest Logifire fire safety solution. The installations feature 118 Addressable Panels across a range of sites, from single-panel setups managing 20–50 devices to networked systems with up to three panels, repeaters, and as many as 200 detectors.
The added benefit of remote cloud connectivity ensures ongoing monitoring, intuitive fault-finding, and simplified system management for all installations.
Introduced to the project by trusted distribution partner REW, Comelit-PAC worked collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver a tailored solution. This partnership ensured seamless integration and full support throughout the project, from initial planning to final implementation.
