The new PAC Lock Cylinders provide a quick and easy method of securing any internal door fitted with or requiring a Euro profile cylinder. Fully integrated into Access Central™ software, PAC Lock enables doors that previously would have been difficult, or viewed as not being cost effective, to be quickly managed and protected as part of the buildings access control system. The design is modular which ensures standardisation of the components for ease of installation, maintenance, and interoperability.
PAC Lock uses standard OSS protocol for wireless offline communication between the cylinder and Access Central with all access permissions stored securely on our PAC OPS™ (MIFARE™® DESFire®) credentials, allowing access to be strictly controlled without the need for a wireless gateway or a constant connection to any management software.
Available in various configurations and cylinder lengths, including the ability to have an electronic cylinder on both sides of the door, the PAC Lock has been designed to provide our customers with a reliable security solution for many applications. Some of the benefits include wire- free installations, energy efficiency and modular components for easy fitting and maintenance.
